Question: How long does it take to get one of these racks shipped out? Do I really need a loading dock for delivery?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. These enclosures are a stocked item and can typically ship within two days. They have to ship freight, so we will be looking at 3-5 days in transit. Yes, these racks are extremely heavy and require a loading dock, if your company does not have a dock, we just need to note that and deliver the unit with a truck that has a lift gate.
Question: We have a customer with the US Navy in Japan and are planning on shipping via DHL and they would pick up the rack. Is it palletized for pickup and do you charge to put it on the truck with a forklift?
