The Side Rail Sealing Kit is designed to seal gaps between the mounting rails and sides of cabinets. This greatly reduces bypass airflow and exhaust air re-circulation through IT equipment cabinets to increase cooling unit utilization and maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the cooling infrastructure.

Each kit comes with four 42" (1067mm) sections of Mounting Extrusion, two 10" (254mm) sections of Mounting Extrusion, and four 47" rolls of Sealing Membrane.
HotLok Side Rail Sealing Kit Features:
- Two different Mounting Extrusion profiles and three different Sealing Membrane widths accommodate various cabinet configurations
- Customizable application – Materials can be trimmed for a tailored fit to allow for cable pass-through and mounting braces
- Engineered clip-in design allows for quick and simple installation
- Optional mounting with double sided adhesive supports unique cabinet configurations
- Flexible panels contour to the cabinet structure to block airflow through side rail openings and allows for cable passage as necessary
HotLok Side Rail Sealing Kit Uses:
The Side Rail Sealing Kit is designed as an effective solution for sealing openings in cabinets that are not covered by blanking panels. The Side Rail Sealing Kit compliments blanking panels and completes the job of sealing your cabinet.
- Sealing between mounting rails and sides of cabinet
- Sealing between the top and bottom mounted IT equipment (or blanking panels) and the top and bottom of cabinet frames
- Sealing between cabinets and cable management systems
