Purchase any qualifying Vertiv or Great Lakes rack online to receive 5% off all eligible Vertiv and Great Lakes products in the same order. A qualifying rack from either brand makes eligible products from both brands eligible for the discount.
Eligible products may include racks, power products, cooling products, accessories, and other qualifying Vertiv or Great Lakes products. No limit applies to the number of eligible discounted products per order.
Offer is online only and does not apply to quotes, phone orders, or orders placed through a sales representative. Available on orders shipped within the United States.
Excludes end-of-life products, already-discounted products, warranties, services, custom-order products, shipping, taxes, and other charges. May be combined with other offers where permitted.
Returns & Exchanges
Promotional discounts are non-refundable. If a discounted product is returned, the 5% promotional discount applied to that product will be deducted from the refund.
If an order contains multiple qualifying racks, a customer may return a rack as long as at least one qualifying Vertiv or Great Lakes rack remains in the order. The 5% discount will remain valid on eligible products.
If a returned rack leaves the order without a qualifying Vertiv or Great Lakes rack, the promotion will no longer apply. The promotional savings received on other eligible products will be deducted from the rack refund.
A qualifying rack may be exchanged for another eligible Vertiv or Great Lakes rack, subject to availability. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
If a qualifying rack is cancelled or removed from an order and no qualifying rack remains, promotional discounts will be removed or recalculated.
