The APC NetShelter AP4422A is a fifth-generation automatic transfer switch (ATS) designed to deliver reliable, redundant power distribution for single-corded IT equipment in edge and cloud environments. This 1U rackmount unit features dual 230V IEC 60309 16A input connections and a single IEC 60309 16A output, offering a 3840VA load capacity. Ideal for mission-critical deployments, the AP4422A ensures continuous operation by switching seamlessly between power sources during outages or disruptions.

Engineered with APC’s latest NMC3 technology, this unit provides enhanced control, security, and monitoring via a secure web interface, SNMP, and CLI. Environmental sensor support and network port sharing expand visibility and efficiency in dense IT environments.

Built with usability and compliance in mind, it meets UL 60950-1 and EN/IEC 60950-1 safety standards and supports operating temperatures from -5°C to 45°C. The AP4422A includes front mounting brackets, an 8 ft power cable, and offers two years of standard warranty (extendable to five years).
