Unlike fixed-depth rack frames, the Kendall Howard 1940-3-001-41 features fully adjustable vertical mounting rails. The rails can be positioned from 3" to 36" to accommodate equipment with different mounting depths.

The four-post design also allows an additional set of vertical rails to be installed, providing greater flexibility when mounting equipment with different depths within the same rack. This makes the rack particularly useful for installations containing a combination of servers, switches, patch panels, UPS equipment, and other rack-mounted hardware.

Heavy-Duty 2,000 lb Capacity

The open frame rack is constructed from heavy-duty square-tube steel and is rated for a 2,000 lb weight capacity in its standard configuration. Optional casters can convert the rack to a mobile configuration with a 1,000 lb weight capacity.

Knockdown Design for Easier Shipping and Installation

The 1940-3-001-41 ships in a knockdown configuration, reducing the size of the shipping package and making transportation easier. The rack is designed to assemble with only a few bolts and can be assembled in less than 30 minutes.

Leveling feet are included for installation on uneven floors. Optional casters are also available when the rack needs to be moved or repositioned after installation.
