Question: How to reset the password (forgot password) and reset to default factory settings
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. Using Main Menu > Setup > Factory Defaults will NOT reset the password. You must enter part of the Serial Number as a 'back door'. You will use either the 3rd through the 10th digits or 5th through the 12th. ie: 'XK0412345678' would be '12345678'.
